Objective

After completing the study unit, students will be able to:
- Analyse their own leadership skills and the related development challenges
- Apply different leadership theories in different work communities and organisations
- Analyse the challenges to service production in changing operating environments
- Apply the principles of strategic leadership in organisations and work communities
- Function ethically in multidisciplinary organisations and networks
