- Theories and legislation related to the placement context
- Work with people of diverse cultures and faiths
- Needs and issues faced by diverse groups in different communities

- Community development methods including non-discrimination, anti-oppressive practice and equal treatment
- Own personal and professional values and own professional development
Teaching methods
Placement orientation, placement, supervision, reflective workshops, placement reflection.
Two online reflective workshops during the placement period. Dates for the reflective workshops are given in the beginning of the placement by supervising teachers.
PRA3 placement can take place in project work or similar in the social services field that does not involve direct client work.

Student workload
PRA3 16 ECTS practical training + PRA3 reflective workshops 2 ECTS is 479 hours in total (1 ECTS = 26,6 hours of work)
Content scheduling
Students attend placement orientation prior to the placement. Individual online supervision takes place during the placement. Placement reflection is in the end of the placement.
