Content scheduling
Opiskelija hakeutuu vaihtoehtoisten opintojensa mukaiseen harjoittelupaikkaan mahdollisuuksien mukaan. Opiskelija osallistuu ohjeistukseen ja tekee harjoitteluhakemuksen harjoittelupaikan vaatimusten mukaan. Hakemuksessa määritellään harjoittelun tavoitteet. Opiskelija suorittaa harjoittelupaikan tarjoamat työtehtävät, valmistautuu toimeksiantoihin ja reflektoi toimintaansa entistä itsenäisemmin. Harjoittelun jälkeen opiskelija käy ohjaajan kanssa arviointikeskustelun ja laatii raportin harjoittelusta sekä osallistuu reflektoivaan palauteseminaariin.
Objective
Students will be able to
- translate/interpret/teach/work independently in various situations with supervision
- evaluate and develop working practices of interpreters/teachers/entrepreneurs
- work in an NGO and/or according to the principles of entrepreneurship
- adhere to the ethical code of conduct in various workplace situations
- develop their competencies in a goal-oriented and reflective manner
