Objective
After completing the study unit, students will be able to:
- Recognise and understand future client requirements
- Develop services for different client groups and operative models for the promotion of clients' own agency
- Develop and coordinate the operation of different service networks
- Develop multidisciplinary customer services
Content
- Anticipatory competence in client-oriented work
- Client-oriented service design and service guidance, including special needs groups
- Operating in networks of public officials, organisations, near relations and volunteers, and developing forms of collaboration
- Expertise in development work in multidisciplinary social and health care environments
