Content scheduling
1.Opintojakso käynnistyy jokaisen henkilökohtaisella esittäytymisellä moodlerooms-alustalla. Esittäytymiset tehdään 2.9.2019 mennessä. Tämän jälkeen muodostetaan n. viiden hengen vertaisryhmät.
2.Kurssin orientaatio pidetään on-line Collaborate alustalla 2.9.2019 klo 13.00-14.30.
3.Verkkoluennot, kirjallisuuteen tutustuminen sekä keskustelu luentojen teemoista ajalla 2.9. - 30.9.2019
4.Kehittämistehtävän prosessi työelämässä käynnistyy yksilöllisesti jokaisen opiskelijan/opiskelijaparin suunnitelman mukaisesti
5.On-line -sparraukset kehittämistehtävään ajalla pidetään 23.9. - 11.10. erillisen aikataulun mukaisesti (vertaisryhmät varaavat ajat moodlerooms-alustalla)
6.On-line yhteiskehittämisen paja Collaborate-alustalla 19.11. klo 9.00-14.00

- Assess and develop practices in work communities, organisations and networks
- Apply various competence development methods in organisations
- Make use of workplace counselling and various methods to promote wellbeing in work communities
- Apply crisis communication methods
