Lainsäädännön osalta keskeisiä ovat sosiaalihuoltolaki ja lastensuojelulaki.
Teaching methods
Luennot, seminaari/vierailevat luennoitsijat, menetelmiin tutustuminen ja kirjallinen paritehtävä
Opintosuorituksen kuvaus
Opintojakso muodostuu tavoitteiden kannalta keskeisten sisältöalueiden luennoista ja menetelmiin tutustumisesta.
Paritehtävässä opiskelijat syventyvät case-tehtävän avulla lapsiperheiden asiakasprosessin ja lastensuojeluprosessin etenemiseen ja perhetyön merkitykseen niiden osana. Paritehtävässä on kolme osiota, joista yksi on kaikille yhteinen ja yksi vaihtoehtoinen osio.
Lastensuojelun ja perhetyön menetelmiin tutustutaan pienryhmissä.

Exam schedules
Paritehtävä palautetaan opintojakson lopussa.

Toteutuksen valinnaisesta suoritustavasta keskustellaan aina erikseen opintojakson vastaavan kanssa.

AHOT-hakemuksessa opiskelijan tulee osoittaa, että hän hallitsee lapsiperheiden asiakasprosessin ja lastensuojeluprosessin etenemisen ja perhetyön merkityksen niiden osana.
Sekä osaa hyödyntää erilaisia perhetyössä ja lastensuojelussa käytettäviä menetelmiä/välineitä.
Oma osaaminen on kuvattava riittävän tarkasti kaikkien edellä mainittujen asioiden osalta.
