The students will be able to:
• promote equality, inclusive practices and advocacy work
• operate in accordance with the current research-based knowledge and professional ethical principles
• understand the role of digital services in social services field
• recognise and evaluate developmental needs and practices in working life
• apply project management skills (as applicable)
• analyse the importance of management and self-management as part of work community´s wellbeing
• evaluate necessary social sector competences required in the placement context
• improve Finnish language skills in the placement environment, especially in professional networking and development work (as applicable)
