Osaamistavoitteet

Students
• know and understand the main theoretical approaches in culturally sensitive nursing
• apply evidence-based information in the promotion of the health and wellbeing of minorities and immigrants
• know how to act in a culturally sensitive manner and support equality in nursing work and work communities
• can assess their work as an expert, taking into account the diversity of their customers
• are familiar with the central legislation and can follow the legislation in their work
