Students
• understand the importance of management in the promotion of the quality of care and services
• understand the importance of care work management for the work of individuals and the work community
• understand the significance of developing the organisational structures and management principles in the promotion of health and social justice in healthcare
• understand their responsibility for self-management and the development of work-life skills and the idea of internal entrepreneurship
• understand their role as an expert in care giving and immediate management duties
• understand the principles of entrepreneurship in healthcare and its significance as part of the social service system
