Upon successful completion of the course, the student - knows and understands what effective intercultural competence contains - knows how to communicate professionally and insightfully with people representing different backgrounds and cultures - knows how to negotiate politely and productively with parties representing various backgrounds. - has confident presentation skills for international purposes

When the implementation type of the course is CONTACT, ONLINE or BLENDED it is required that the student is present during those teaching hours that are marked in the study schedule. If you are absent more than 25 %, your grade will be lowered by one. If you are absent more than 50 %, the course is failed. The student knows how to act as a competent and confident professional communicator in and for the European Union on a satisfactory level.
