This course discusses the use of the ChatGPT artificial intelligence (AI) system for marketing support. At first, the basic concepts of artificial intelligence-based systems are reviewed at a general level. After that, we move on to describe the structure and operation of ChatGPT. The examples of use are selected from the field of marketing. In addition, the creation of images using artificial intelligence is discussed.
