Osaamistavoitteet

After completing the course, students must:
- be able to understand and apply basic principles for property valuation
- be able to identify and implement strategies to ensure physical security in properties
- understand the basic technical systems in a property
- be able to develop and implement long-term maintenance plans that ensure the property's value and function over time.
- be able to analyze the energy use in a property and identify opportunities for energy efficiency

Students can describe basic principles for property security and identify common security risks
Students can identify basic property engineering problems and describe simple solutions

Students can describe basic principles for property security, identify common security risks and find solutions for these
Students can identify and prevent basic property engineering problems and implement solutions for them

Students can do real estate valuations using standard methods as well as critically review and compare different valuation results
Students can perform security analyses, develop security strategies and manage security challenges
Students can identify and prevent basic property engineering problems and implement solutions to optimize the property's function and value
