Students
• are familiar with the nursing practices and clinical pathways of national diseases and accidents in outpatient healthcare
• know the principles of telephone reception and service coordination
• know how to use and develop information and communications technology in their work in an innovative and customer-oriented manner together with other specialists
• know how to guide customers and patients in the use of electronic services
• know how to analyse evidence-based information in customer-oriented planning, execution and assessment of health promotion
• know how to develop promoting and preventative public health nurse work in various operating environments within outpatient healthcare
• are familiar with the latest national and international instructions and legislation related to the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases
