• know how to consider the significance of the diversity, multiculturality and life history of patients/customers in their nursing and guidance
• know how to act according to the operating environment’s data security and protection practices and patient and customer safety practices
• know how to execute a verbal and visual patient guidance presentation under supervision and consider the life history and living environment of the patient in the guidance
• know how to identify the nursing needs of a patient and customer as well as act and assess their own competence according to the national nursing process model
