Teaching methods
Independent reading about communication skills and an assignment accompanying it.
Lectures and workshops about communication skills.
Group work: students will conduct role play about professional communication which they will videotape. The videos will be watched and analysed in a seminar.
Attendance to all lectures is compulsory.
