Students attend placement orientation prior to the placement. Individual online supervision takes place during the placement. Placement reflection is after the placement at campus.

Tavoitteet

The students will be able to
- apply different participatory social and community work methods with different service users in the placement context
- work ethically with service users and as a member of a work community
- apply relevant theories and legislation
- apply networking and act as part of a multi-professional team
- use participatory documentation
- recognise different values present in work community and pay attention to possible value conflicts

Opetusmenetelmät

Placement orientation, placement, supervision, reflective workshops, placement reflection.
Two online reflective workshops during the placement period. Dates for the reflective workshops are given in the beginning of the placement by supervising teachers.
