Objective

Students
- understand the characteristics of patient safety in pharmacotherapy within elder care
- understand the basics of clinical pharmacology in pharmacotherapy of the most common diseases of the elderly and know how to apply the information in nursing
- know how to guide pharmacotherapy and its self-monitoring to patients and their immediate circle
- know how to use drug databases and apply the information in pharmacotherapy
- know how to execute the various forms of drug calculations without errors and understand the significance of the operations in nursing
