Opetusmenetelmät
Study module starts with an orientation. Attendance to the orientation is compulsory in order to start the course. A student who has not started the course according to the course delivery plan and has not made a separate arrangement with the course lecturer can be removed from the course participant list seven days after the start of the course (Diak Degree Regulations 15 §).
Students complete a learning assignment that includes an interview with a youth work professional. Lectures, supervision, independent studying, assignment and provision of learning material support student´s learning. There is a final workshop in the end of the study module (attendance mandatory).

Toteutuksen valinnaiset suoritustavat
Alternative way of completing the study module is only possible upon specific circumstances/criteria (i.e. sickness etc.). Personal reasons such as travel and work are not considered as acceptable criteria.
Alternative way of completing the study module must be agreed with the responsible teacher and/or study guidance counselor two weeks before the beginning of the study module the latest.
The alternative way of completing WYO study module is extensive individual assignment.
                    
Lisätiedot
The study module requires skills to use Diak´s online learning area. Possibility to get AHOT/RPL as described in Diak´s RPL/AHOT guidelines. No previous studies are required to attend the study module.
