Student
- knows general social alignments, strategies, essential legislation and service system related to domestic violence
- knows the prevalence, manifestation and consequences of domestic violence and understands the dynamics related to the phenomena
- can identify, face and act in domestic violence work, within the limits of his/her profession
- understands the relevance of multi-professional co-operation in domestic violence work and can act as a representative of his/her profession at multiprofessional work
- can utilize the current research results related to domestic violence for development of professional work

Opetusmenetelmät
Oppimistehtävät voi tehdä englannin- tai suomenkielellä.
The elective study module is held as an online course. Online orientation lecture is in the beginning of the course in Collaborate and is compulsory. There is also online supervision during the course. Student studies a diverse set of learning material after which s/he completes two learning assignments as instructed. The learning assignments are professional learning diary and case study.
