Curricula
Diaconia University of Applied Sciences (Diak) provides bachelor´s and master´s degree programmes, open UAS studies, specialization studies and other education.
The contents of education are described in curricula. Diak’s curricula are competence-based. Competence-based curricula define learning outcomes, contents and assessment criteria. Learning outcomes indicate the expected competences.
Assessment criteria describe the levels of the expected competences. The curriculum contains descriptions of all studies. The same course can be included in the curricula of different student groups and it can be organised multiple times, i.e. it has multiple implementations. All the current and published future implementations for the course are presented in the study guide. The detailed information for the course implementation is described in the implementation plan.
Start by selecting the type of education from the menu on the left. You can then browse the current curricula by degree programme.
Curricula from previous years can be found in the Curriculum Archives.
