Objective
Students
- know how to assess and develop their ability to act as a nursing specialist and as a member of a multi-professional team
- know how to act as an immediate supervisor in a group
- know how to execute nursing and service guidance and act in multidisciplinary networks
- know how to observe and bring up factors risking the health and wellbeing of patients and their immediate circle and affect them
- know how to independently plan and execute a guidance or presentation situation based on nursing scientific research to nursing professionals
- know how to independently guide and give feedback to other students
- know how to use the technology tools and applications used in specialist work in a customer-oriented manner and analyse the ethical challenges of their use
- know how to form a holistic picture of professional critical reflection and set challenges for the future
Qualifications
Terveysalan koulutuksessa 2. lukukauden harjoitteluun ja sen jälkeisiin harjoitteluihin osallistuminen edellyttää, että opiskelija on suorittanut Turvallinen lääkehoito ja -laskenta (LÄÄ01) -opintojakson hyväksytysti ja ennen seuraavia harjoitteluja niihin sisällöllisesti liittyvät lääkehoidon ja lääkelaskut hyväksytysti.
Suositellaan, että HOE02 kliininen asiantuntijuus simulaatiot on aloitettu/suoritettu ennen HAR8 aloittamista.
