Objective
Students
- understand the characteristics of patient safety in pharmacotherapy within child and adolescent nursing
- understand the basics of clinical pharmacology in pharmacotherapy of the most common child and adolescent diseases and know how to apply the information in nursing
- know how to guide pharmacotherapy and its self-supervision to children and adolescents and their immediate circle
- know how to execute the various forms of drug calculations without errors and understand the significance of the operations in nursing

Qualifications
Turvallinen lääkehoito ja -laskenta (LÄÄ01) sekä Aikuisten lääkehoito ja -laskenta (LÄÄ02) tulee olla suoritettuna.

AHOT 5/2021:
Lääkehoidon teoriaosa voidaan ahotoida, jos opiskelijalla on aikaisempi sh-tutkinto tai vastaavilla sh-tutkintoon johtavilla korkeakouluopinnoilla. Lääkelaskujen osaaminen tulee osoittaa suorittamalla lääkelaskujen tentti hyväksytysti.
LÄÄ05 lääkelaskujen ja lääkehoidon opintojen tulee olla suoritettuna ennen HAR6 -harjoittelua.
