Objective

Students
• know how to observe, bring up in conversation and document the life situations, health-promoting factors and stress factors of patients and customers of various ages
• know how to provide and develop evidence-based holistic nursing
• know how to utilise the health technology tools and applications used in specialist work in a customer-oriented manner
• know how to act as an advocate and implement treatment and service coordination for customer and patient groups in need of special support and in a vulnerable position
• know how to use the helping methods of diaconal nursing and highlight the significance of pastoral care and spiritual nursing in the working community and nursing
• know how to support customers’ resources and inclusion
• know how to act as an immediate supervisor and student instructor in a group
• reflect on their professional ethics of their actions
• reinforce and evaluate their role as a specialist of diaconal nursing in multidisciplinary working groups, work communities and networks
• can provide individual and holistic care and direct customers/patients to appropriate services, taking into account the continuity of care
• can administer under supervision the pharmacotherapy prescribed to a customer/patient
