Objective

Students
• know how to take a culture-sensitive and anti-racist approach to customer work
• know how to apply key legislation concerning the workplace
• know how to assess services from the perspective of a person in a minority position, identify development challenges and propose solutions
• know how to reinforce the social inclusion, equality and integration of persons in minority positions
• know how to communicate and document in a professional and inclusive manner

• know how to identify discriminatory social structures and practices and participate in discourse relating to their field
