Objective
Students
•	know how to consider the diversity, autonomy and inclusion of the disabled in customer work
•	know how to plan and carry out customer work by using various working methods and communication tools
•	know how to apply key legislation concerning the workplace
•	know how to plan solutions to assess the service needs and understand the principles of service coordination in disability work
•	understand the role of assisted decision-making in disability work
•	know how to document information professionally by taking into account the customer’s autonomy
•	know how to represent their field in multi-professional networks
•	apply the values and ethical principles of the social services field to their work
•	know how to act according to the practices of data security and protection and customer safety
