Objective
Students 
•	know how to interact with customers and build a confidential customer relationship
•	know how to utilise customer-oriented work orientations and professional methods of social work
•	know how to support a customer’s autonomy, inclusion and agency in society
•	know how to use the central social legislation in a customer-oriented manner
•	know how to evaluate services from the point of view of the user and their service needs
•	are familiar with professional documentation and understand the importance of documentation
•	promote parity, equality and diversity
•	know how to identify value conflicts and act in an ethical, justified and socially sustainable manner
•	know how to act as a member of a multidisciplinary team and networks
•	know how to act according to the practices of confidentiality, data security and protection and customer safety
•	know how to reflect on their professional growth, professional identity and actions as a professional in social work
•	know how to reflect on their values and understand how they impact their professionalism
•	consider their professionalism from the perspective of occupational and personal wellbeing and occupational safety
•	consider the career opportunities in their field
                    
Qualifications
Opiskelija voi lähteä harjoitteluun, kun harjoittelua edeltävät opinnot on suoritettu. 
Lukukausien 1-2 opinnot sekä ELA01, ELA02, MYH1, ja MMK -opinnot tulee olla suoritettu.
