Objective
Students  
•	know how to identify and help customers and families in need of special support and in a vulnerable position  
•	know how to apply customer-oriented and inclusion-promoting methods  
•	know how to guide individuals, families and groups by promoting humans’ ability to function, resources, health and wellbeing  
•	know how to analyse the diaconal task in relation to society’s service system and their own activities as a diaconal expert in multi-professional networks  
•	know the basics of communication and influence in church and society to realise social justice
