Objective
Students 
•	know how to analyse the provision of regional and national social, health and church services 
•	understand the key concepts, sources and practices of the change analysis of the operating environment in predicting customers’ changing service needs 
•	know how to apply the programmes and strategies of various social, health and church operators in the change analysis of the operating environment and development of customer work 
•	know how to use various customer- and partnership-oriented development and innovation methods to develop services and ways of working  
•	understand the importance of seamless service chains, flexibility and service integration in the development of social, health and church services
