• know how to assess the need for care and urgency of care
• know how to identify and assess the customer’s resources related to their living conditions and life situation as well as risk factors and actions by reducing health disparities
• know how to plan, execute and assess consultation activities and guidance in different operating environments and ensure treatment continuity
• know how to provide lifestyle coaching by using various working methods and support the customer’s self-care
• know how to use working methods that promote inclusion and the ability to function to promote the health and wellbeing of different types of customers and customer group
• know how to assess the impact of evidence-based health promotion methods and services from the perspective of customers in need of special support and at risk of marginalisation
• can administer under supervision the pharmacotherapy prescribed to a customer
