Students will be able to
• recognise the role of strategy, analyse the impacts of changes in the world of work on strategy, and develop strategies relevant to interpreting
• recognise the characteristics of business operation in the interpreting industry and how they influence business development
• identify key concepts and functions of business planning and financial management
• describe how services are developed and productised, assess the profitability of services, and identify key factors relating to the productisation process and the quality of services
• identify a range of working models and apply them in their personal practice and business operation
