Objective

After completing the study unit, students will be able to:
- Develop their oral and written communication skills and their information and communication technology skills
- Produce information, assessing it with a critical mind-set and communicating about it in an appropriate manner
- Adopting a critical-analytical mindset, communicate effectively in their public engagements
- Develop e-competences and online communication in service networks
