Objective

The student will:
• Understand the impact of societal changes on the interpreter’s work and be able to examine the interpreter’s role amidst change
• Understand the applicability of their expertise across different sectors of society and act as a specialist in multidisciplinary cooperation
• Be able to critically use various sources and methods to support advocacy work
• Be familiar with different forms, channels, and methods of advocacy
• Be able to build and operate in various networks in a community-oriented and ethical manner
