Objective

This course familiarises the student with the activities of organisations from the perspective of systemic thinking. The student develops their understanding of organisations as complex interactive entities that continuously operate in relation to their environments. The course provides the student with the ability to analyse, develop, and manage the activities and change processes of organisations through an approach that emphasises systemic understanding.

After completing the course, the student will be able to
- analyse organisations within the framework of systemic thinking
- assess the internal and external interactions of organisations in a systemic manner
- plan development measures based on systemic understanding
- apply systemic thinking in expert work and management tasks

The course is completed independently over one semester.
