Objective
This course familiarises the student with the development of various management areas through the methods of research-based development. The student enhances their competencies in the research-based development of management, and acquires the skills for serving as an expert and developer in management tasks.
After completing the course, the student will be able to
- critically analyse management-related phenomena and development needs
- plan and implement research-based management development projects
- assess and develop their management competence in a reflective and research-based manner

- Applying research-based development in a management context
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating a management development project
