The student - is able to describe the factors influencing the development and current state of the welfare society - is able to describe the impacts of population ageing as a societal phenomenon - identifies the objectives of national and international ageing policy

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Passed = The student has achieved the competence objectives of the study unit. The student is able to describe factors influencing the welfare society and the effects of population ageing on society. The student identifies the objectives of ageing policy at national and international levels. The student has completed all tasks for the study unit in accordance with the instructions. Failed = The student has not achieved the competence objectives of the study unit. The student has not completed, in accordance with the instructions, the tasks required to obtain a pass in the study unit.

Further information

The study unit comprises 2 ECTS credits, which corresponds to approximately 54 hours of student work. The study unit can be completed according to one’s own schedule as independent online studies, regardless of time and place.
