Objective
After completing the course, the student:
• understands the fundamentals of supply chain management
• understands the potential impacts of a polycrisis business environment
• understands the importance of risk management and foresight in supply chain management and in preparing for supply chain disruptions.

• Changes and risks in the business environment
• The core concepts of anticipation and risk management
• The importance of preparedness in supply chain disruptions
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Sufficient performance: has completed basic requirements to pass the course and has made an attempt to apply and articulate concepts and information both verbally and in writing but has not made enough effort overall. The student has demonstrated little effort, interest and motivation for individual or team activities / assignments and the output is rather weak.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Good overall performance: can apply and articulate concepts and information well both verbally and in writing, certain areas of individual or team output require further attention; shows appropriate level of interest and motivation in individual and team activities. Good presentation delivery and analysis.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Excellent performance in all elements of the course: shows interest and motivation in individual and team activities and assignments, fully applies and clearly articulates concepts and information both verbally and in writing. The student is able to support his/her argument with references to the recommended reading and lecture content. Excellent presentation delivery and analysis.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Criteria for passing the course unit:
The student has completed the learning assignments for the course unit and demonstrated mastery of its central content. The student has shown the ability to apply knowledge and practices acquired from literature, lectures, and other sources in tasks that analyse and develop working life. All assignments for the course unit have been submitted according to the schedule.
Criteria for failing the course unit:
The student has not demonstrated sufficient mastery of the central content of the course unit. The student has not shown the ability to apply knowledge in tasks analysing and developing working life, or the application is incorrect or inconsistent. Performance is also failed if the student has not completed some of the assignments for the course unit or has submitted them late without an acceptable reason.
