Objective

The students will be able to
- work with people of diverse cultures and faiths in an ethical and professional manner
- address the needs and issues faced by diverse groups in different communities
- use different methods and interventions promotion of health and wellbeing
- use different community development and participatory research methods including non-discrimination, anti-oppressive practice and equal treatment
- develop a culturally sensitive approach to professional work in an international context
- reflect on diverse aspects in international work with regard to health, safety, security and psychosocial wellbeing
- is able to work as a member of multi professional team

For students in health care:
- is able to address and apply culturally sensitive nursing methods and interventions in promotion of health and wellbeing
- is able to address global infections and use methods in management and prevention
- is able to fulfill medication treatment independently, but under supervision and with policy of practical placement
- is able to use technological applications and understand ethical principles related to using technology in care of clients/patients
