Objective

After completing the course, students will be able to critically assess international, regional and local mechanisms intended to protect human rights as well as other means intended for enforcing human rights in different regions assess the roles, actions and successes of different human rights actors, including national and international human rights NGOs, in promoting human rights identify and analyse the types of human rights violations in local communities promote the protection of human rights among the most vulnerable groups in communities develop the practices of human-rights-based approaches in the work with different vulnerable groups in societies and local communities
