Teaching methods

-Developmental psychology and life-span theory
-Emotional, cognitive, moral and social development across the life span
-Culture and human development
-Life span approach in social and community development work.
There will be an assignment that will be carried out in teams. The teams will focus on a specific topic related to development across the life-span. The teams and topics and further information about the assignment will be given in the beginning of the study unit.The orientation to the study unit will take place during contact teaching week. There will be online discussions and supervision for the team assignment during distant weeks.
There will be a seminar during the last contact week. It is important that the students are present during contact teaching and participate actively in online discussions.

Completion alternatives

Exam in the general exam. Exam material will be announced in the beginning of the course.
