Content scheduling
Opintojakso käynnistyy oman ammatillisen kasvun ja johtajuuden pohdinnalla. Henkilökohtaisen pohdinnan rinnalla lähipäivissä tarkastellaan johtamista ja johtajuutta eri teoreettisten jäsennysten ja eettisen toiminnan näkökulmista peilaten niitä yhteiskunnan, työelämän ja organisaatioiden muutokseen.
Opintojakso päättyy verkkotenttiin, jonka opiskelijat tekevät pareittain.
Objective
After completing the study unit, students will be able to:
- Analyse their own leadership skills and the related development challenges
- Apply different leadership theories in different work communities and organisations
- Analyse the challenges to service production in changing operating environments
- Apply the principles of strategic leadership in organisations and work communities
- Function ethically in multidisciplinary organisations and networks
