Objective
After completing the study unit, students will be able to:
- Use research-based information judiciously to support operation, leadership and development
- Make use of the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) when establishing an evidence-based operating culture
- Understand the information acquisition process concerning leadership and development, and be able to apply it to their own work in a critical way, using a varied set of databases
- Understand the meaning of experience-based information in the process of evidence-based leadership and development
