Opintojakso toteutetaan käänteisen oppimisen menetelmällä. Opintojakso alkaa yhteisellä luennolla, jossa esitellään jakson aikataulu ja oppimistehtävät. Jakso sisältää luentoja, harjoituksia ja itsenäistä työskentelyä. Jakson päätteeksi on tentti ja itsearviointi.

- recognise the principles of spoken communication and identify their personal strengths as communicators
- perform with confidence in front of an audience
- produce text on the studied topics based on source materials
- describe the language learning process and develop their language skills
