Objective

After completing the study unit, students will be able to:
- Lead change processes and development projects in organisations and work communities
- Assess and develop practices in work communities, organisations and networks
- Apply various competence development methods in organisations
- Make use of workplace counselling and various methods to promote wellbeing in work communities
- Apply crisis communication methods
