Teaching methods
Tarkennettu tavoite- ja sisältökuvaus:
•Opiskelija osaa selittää hoitotyön päätöksentekoprosessin eri vaiheet ja antaa esimerkkejä kirjaamisesta.
•Opiskelija osaa selittää potilasasiakirjan laadinnan perusteet potilaan tiedonsaannin ja oikeusturvan näkökulmista.
•Opiskelija osaa selittää potilasasiakirjan laadinnan, salassapidon, luovuttamisen, korjaamisen ja tarkastusoikeuden ammattinsa ja tehtävänsä sekä velvoittavuuden näkökulmasta.
•Opiskelija tunnistaa hoitotieteen keskeiset käsitteet (ihminen, terveys, ympäristö, hoitotyön toiminnot) ja näiden merkityksen hoitotyön dokumentoinnissa.
•Opiskelija tietää näyttöön perustuvan toiminnan lähtökohdat hoitotyössä.
