Teaching methods
Opetus toteutetaan lähiopetuksena. Lähitunneilla harjoitellaan tulkkausta sekä koululla että autenttisissa oppimisympäristöissä koulun ulkopuolella. Lähitunneille tulee vierailijoiksi kokemusasiantuntijoita sekä harjoitusvastuksia.
Exam schedules
Opintojaksolla pidetään viitotun puheen tentti.
Student workload
Opintojakson laajuus on 5 opintopistettä. Yksi opintopiste on 27 h opiskelijatyötä.
Qualifications
Opintojen suorittaminen edellyttää laajaa viittomien sanavarastoa ja vahvaa tulkkauksen perusteiden hallintaa. Lisäksi opiskelijan tulee tuntea viittomakieliset asiakasryhmänä ennen kelpoisuuskokonaisuuden aloittamista.
