Objective
Students
- know how to explain the basis of a good care relationship and the characteristics of a patient-nurse relationship from the viewpoint of nursing
- understand the significance of nursing principles and brotherly love in care relationships
- understand the customer’s diversity, multiculturality, life history and experiences as the basis for encounters and the care relationship
- dentify their personal attitudes and prejudices in customer relationships and develop their own culturally sensitive working method
- know how to work in a multidisciplinary manner and utilise the competence of various experts in customer relationships
