Objective

Students
- know how to form a description of holistic nursing in adult nursing
- know how to analyse information regarding adult health and wellbeing and the need for care and service systems
- know how to apply the basics of medical care to the most common internal diseases and surgeries in customer-oriented nursing and health promotion
- know how to apply the patient’s experience-based knowledge when guiding lifestyle changes and supporting coping in the daily life
- know how to apply evidence-based data and assess the quality of care
