Students
- know the theoretical basis and inclusive and empowering methods of assisting interaction
- can identify factors influencing communication
- are familiar with the philosophical, ethical and pedagogical basis of guidance and education
- are familiar with the significance of online guidance and health technology as a customer self-care tool in health promotion
- know how to use social media in communicating information to citizens
- understand the significance of evidence-based activities in guidance
- know how to apply nursing science-based information in guidance
- know the principles of plain language and how to produce plain-language texts
