Students
• know how to act independently, responsibly and innovatively in various public health nurse tasks and in diverse operating environments together with customers and specialists from various fields
• know how to develop and assess customer-, culture- and community-based public health nurse and health promotion work
• know how to work as a public health nurse specialist in projects and initiatives
• know how to influence decision-making
• know how to obey and assess the values and ethical principles of public health nurse work and health promotion in customer relationships
• know how to develop their futures literacy and interpretation of megatrends and change signals
• know how to use the health technology tools and applications used in specialist work in a customer-oriented manner and analyse the ethical challenges of their use
• know how to develop their expertise in the selected public health nurse work environment
Qualifications
Harjoitteluun osallistuminen edellyttää, että terveydenhoitajaopintojen kuusi ensimmäistä lukukautta tulee olla suoritettuna sekä harjoitteluun liittyvät keskeiset teoriaopinnot. Lisäksi opiskelijan tulee olla suorittanut LÄÄ06 -opintojakson tai vastaavia sisältöjä aiemmissa ammattikorkeakouluopinnoissaan.
