Completion alternatives
If you have previous practical nursing degree and working experience from nursing, you can apply for RPL of this course. Please, fill the RPL application form in Mydiak and add the following reflection to the application form:
Ethics is an important part of nursing and the nursing profession. Nursing cannot be carried out without ethical vision and sensitivity. Nursing professionals should stop from time to time to think about practical nursing from an ethical perspective. What kind of situations that require ethical reflection have you encountered while working in nursing? Reflect on one such situation while maintaining anonymity and describe what kind of thoughts the situation evoked in you. How it strengthened your own ethical thinking and professionalism? Use 1) Finnish nurses’ association Collegiality guidelines and 2)Finnish nurses’ association Ethical guideline in your reflection.
